What's Walter Winstanley, gothy teen circus cook, listening to these days? Check out these songs that include some of his new favorites as well as some classic jams that have seen him through some tough times. Wally feels like Will Toledo might be his brother from another mother. Possibly Wally's fave song of all time. Wally discovered The Growlers when he was in San Diego. He can't stop listening. Wally's top song to crank up when his dad was throwing a swanky party. Wally's current 'play on repeat' song. Wally wishes Dave Vanian was his dad. The band that inspired Wally to pick up a guitar. (He can also relate to the girl's situation in the video.)

...from RWA 2016 in beautiful San Diego. All evidence to the contrary, I worked hard, absorbing as much industry knowledge as I could hold, and now, inspired, I return to the pages...
The publication of Ring Ghost has been delayed due to my father's passing and funeral. I'm now back at work and putting the finishing touches on the continuation of Evangeline & Wally's adventures with the circus and with each other. Look for publication in two weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding. :)
I'm going to be adding a few Practickal Magick posts here and there to Journal Jane when the moment is right, starting with what I did today. I seem to have picked up a malingering malaise and several friends and family members could definitely use a shot of Spring Rejuvenation. So, in that spirit, I dyed some eggs - trying a new craft trick I saw on the interwebs somewhere - and will cast a circle this evening for health and vibrancy.
Here are some pics of altar-making and egg-dyeing for your enjoyment. I used radicchio, onion skins, and a technique that uses old panty hose to anchor bits of flora to the eggs. SPRING HAS SPRUNG!! Goodreads Book GiveawayEnter Giveaway |
